The name of Alexander the Great symbolizes military and organizational skills, courage and willpower. His teacher, Aristole, was a great man of that time. Alexander admired and respected philosophers, interested in Greek literature. Alexander’s ambition was infinite. Indifferent to wealth, he was violently jealous of the glory of his father and dreamed of a brilliant exploits.
Alexander grew up to be a great general. At the age 20 he became King of Macedonia. 12 years later, Alexander the Great created a vast empire that stretched from the Ister (Danube) River in Europe, to the Ganges River in India.
